1. Service Overview

Cost Insight is a cloud spending analytics and reporting platform developed and provided by Operisoft Technologies Private Limited ("Operisoft", "Provider"). The platform is deployed within the Customer's AWS account and provides automated billing analysis, report generation, and spending insights.

2. Service Provider

Operisoft Technologies Private Limited is an Advanced Tier AWS Partner specializing in cloud solutions, managed services, and application development. Operisoft provides this platform as part of its managed cloud services offering.

3. Customer Responsibility

• The Customer is solely responsible for their AWS account, billing, and all associated costs.
• The Customer is responsible for managing user access and credentials for this portal.
• The Customer acknowledges that billing data is sourced from AWS Cost Explorer APIs and may have minor discrepancies with final AWS invoices.
• The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with their organization's data governance policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

Operisoft provides this platform "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Operisoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Inaccuracies in billing data or cost projections
• Service interruptions or data unavailability
• Decisions made based on the reports or insights generated
• Any AWS charges incurred by the platform's operation

5. Data & Privacy

All billing data remains within the Customer's AWS account. Operisoft does not store, transmit, or access Customer billing data outside of the Customer's AWS environment. Reports are generated and stored in the Customer's own S3 buckets.

6. Platform Costs

The Customer is responsible for all AWS infrastructure costs incurred by this platform (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, etc.), typically under $5-10/month.

7. Support

Platform support is provided as part of the Customer's managed services agreement with Operisoft. For issues, contact your designated Operisoft account manager.

1. License Grant

Operisoft grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Cost Insight platform solely for internal business purposes of monitoring and analyzing AWS cloud spending.

2. Restrictions

• The Customer shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform source code.
• The Customer shall not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the platform to third parties.
• The Customer shall not use the platform for purposes other than those described herein.

3. Intellectual Property

The Cost Insight platform, including all source code, design, documentation, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Operisoft Technologies Private Limited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Termination

Operisoft reserves the right to terminate this license at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Customer must destroy all deployed instances of the platform.

5. No Guarantee

Operisoft does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, reports, or insights provided by this platform. The platform is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for financial decisions.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
